Pacquiao vs Marquez 4 Press Tour Starts Sept. 17

Now that the news of a Pacquiao vs Marquez 4 fight almost a done deal, there’s only one thing left that will make this fight official, and that is an announcement to be made by the two fighters themselves. Expect it to happen on the start of their Press Tour this September 17, 2012, beginning with a three-city press tour at The Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles.

Although this fight made a lot of boxing fans happy and approves the decision of Manny Pacquiao to fight Juan Manuel Marquez for the fourth time, not everyone are happy about it though. There’s one that is actually very angry about it and even went as far as calling Pacquiao “Chicken”. This person is none other than Timothy Bradley.

On his latest interview, a very angry Tim called Pacquiao “Chicken” for not facing him on the ring for a rematch after he won their last fight. He was actually expecting that Manny will choose him as his next and last fight for this year because he got one of the titles of Pacquiao when they last met on the ring but unfortunately for him, Pacquiao had another fighter on his head.

I personally think that this is a good call for Pacquiao since he doesn’t really have to do a rematch with Bradley because 98% of the people who watched their last fight saw that Manny was undoubtedly the winner of the bout. This Pacquiao vs Marquez 4 fight will be a great fight to watch and if you are planning on watching the fight live, grab your Pacquiao vs Marquez 4 tickets online now while you still can! Cheers!

After the stop in Los Angeles, the Tour will be in New York at the Edison Ballroom in Times Square on September 19 and they will finally end the tour on Mexico City on September 21. If you are near these places on the said date, don’t forget to meet and greet these two legends of boxing you lucky you!

Bradley Angry At Pacquiao For Choosing Marquez

By now, the whole world already knows that the last big fight of the year is the Pacquiao vs Marquez 4 this coming December 8, 2012. Although the official announcement of the fight still has to happen, people involved in the decision of the fight like Bob Arum, Manny Pacquiao and his coach Freddie Roach already stated that Pacquiao will be fighting Marquez. Bradley is not happy with this news.

Timothy Bradley Jr. got the attention of the whole world and became infamous overnight last June when he defeated Manny Pacquiao through a very controversial split decision and got the World Boxing Organization welterweight belt even if the whole world clearly saw that Pacquiao is the true winner .

Of course, before their fight began, both fighters signed a contract where Pacquiao has a right to hold a rematch if he loose to Bradley, but according to reports, Manny will not be asking for it since he believes he clearly won the fight and everyone knows it. This made Bradley mad.

On his recent interview with The Desert Sun, here’s what Bradley had to say.

I can’t believe these guys. He (Pacquiao) didn’t want any part of me. Marquez is an easier fight. He knows that a fight with me and two good legs is going to be hell.

I can’t believe it. Any champion who lost his belt, you would want to redeem yourself. What the public needs to know is Pacquiao, their No. 1 dude, doesn’t care about his loss. You need to redeem yourself because Tim Bradley beat you. You need to come back and redeem that loss. In my eyes, chicken. Chicken, chicken, chicken. I’m too much for these boys, man.

That is one funny remark coming from Bradley. I guess no matter what Tim says about Pacquiao for not facing him for a rematch, the whole world knows he doesn’t really deserve a rematch and no matter how much he calls himself the champion, it would only be him, the people around him and the two judges who gave him the title thinks that he really is a champion. I personally think Pacquiao doesn’t owe him anything or needs to do a rematch with him. What do you guys think? Will you watch Pacquiao vs Marquez 4 live streaming on December 8, 2012 or will you buy the Pacquiao vs Marquez 4 tickets and watch the fight live?

It’s a done deal. Pacquiao vs Marquez 4 is on!

After months of speculation on who will be Pacquiao’s next and last opponent for 2012, the wait is finally over. Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao will be fighting his greatest rival, Mexico’s boxing hero, Juan Manuel Marquez for the 4th and probably the last time, on December 8 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Of course, the official announcement of the game will still happen at a press conference on Tuesday, September 18. But with all the news of this fight being almost final and with Bob Arum, Pacquiao and even Freddie Roach saying that this is the fight that we’ve all been waiting for, then it really is a done deal.

For the benefit of the readers, here’s an excerpt on Bob Arum’s statement regarding the upcoming fight. “We will know who he (Pacquiao) is fighting, the date is December 8 and it’s going to be at the MGM Grand and we’ll know the opponent and everything is a done deal,” Arum stated.

According to him, after a very long talk with team Pacquiao regarding who will the next opponent be, with the names of Marquez, Cotto and Bradley on the list, Manny Pacquiao himself decided to go with a 4th fight with Marquez. Arum believes that this is the best fight for Pacquiao rather than doing a rematch with Bradley when everybody knew Pacquiao won their last fight.

I guess all that’s left to do now is wait for the official announcement coming from both fighters on September 18. For those who are excited to see this fight, don’t forget to get your Pacquiao vs Marquez 4 tickets early because you can be sure that it will get sold out long before the fight happens.
